If i receive a traffice ticket while in the Army delay program, does this have to be paid off before entering service?

I am in the delay program for the Army. I've received a traffice ticket for driving without insurance and set up a payment plan to pay the fine. Can I still go to bootcamp when scheduled if i haven't finished paying the fine?
