How hard is fitness boot camp? How hard is fitness boot camp? Do they have ones for beginners? Do you have to be in good shape to join one? |

It is hard work - they really push and motivate you to lose weight at the same time. You don't have to be in good shape to join one. People of all sizes and shapes can participate, as long as they are serious about losing weight. One of my friends just joined two weeks ago and she has been tired ever since. They really force you to work out all your muscle groups. She is already seeing results and feels good about it. Don't be afraid to try it if you are determined to shed some pounds.
