Since this is YOUR daughter, how is it your ex's fault that the child is now with foster parents?

In any event, you could call the court in which the children were place in foster care to obtain a copy of a signed order, or to see if it conforms with the order you have.

I am also wondering why you would be calling DPS, which is the Department of Public Safety, and not the Department of Human Services, DHS? But, when you called whoever, what happened to the person with whom you had been speaking? I mean, I would have asked for her or him.

He had custody of her , because she wanted to move to TN. when he moved there 4 years ago. - When TN removed her & her little brother from his house [because he violated a court order to keep his new wife (who is also the mother of "the little brother" away from ALL the children under 18, the state of TN removed them and put them in foster care]. Upon their extraction, my daughter stated she didn't want to leave her little brother -( he is only 5) and I don't want to be involved with my ex's son's rearing.(so TN. has them in foster care because there is nowhere for the little brother to go but to be placed back to his dad(my ex) (after dad fulfills all of their parent training "hoops" & such) My daughter will be 18 this Oct. -Because it has been her wish to not leave her brother (and I Do have Joint Custody of her), AND because of the distance between here & there - I was able to request(harshly) to the state of TN. for the ability of contact with her ( to which I was granted the ability to call her 2x's a week ) but it is considered my "visitation".
As to the need for further clarification - having to talk to the 2nd person was because of the absence of the 1st person ( because she was on vacation) and my complaint still needed to be filed or logged for week #3 (right).... and having called the 1st person about the visitation call violations for 3 weeks in a row ( and being told by person #1 "this foster mom is ""OLD SCHOOL"" is not an acceptable answer to me - nor was it to the person #2 (her direct supervisor ) but being that the supervisor couldn't pull up the file on the computer & find what I was trying to complain about -I faxed my copy of what I was sent originally - so she could follow along .... anyway, the supervisor is demanding a meeting with my daughter , the foster mother & DCS ( Dept. Of Child Services) Case worker & also a Referee & me(by phone) - the appointment is set for tomorrow.
I was just looking for the ability to find out about my rights & wanted to know where/who to contact for a copy of the court order - ( for added fuel to my arguments tomorrow) because if there is in fact a court order ( to which I really hope) - I want charges filed against the foster mother for denying me my visitation rights & court orders.-,,,,,,,,, After all, the foster care system is supposed to be all about reuniting families back together.... this foster mother is in the wrong (old school was acceptable in the 70's & 80's - it isn't in the 21st century) - My case is unique in which my daughter is not a teen in judicial trouble, but only there of her own choosing because of her need to see that her brother is safely cared for. - & the foster mother is trying to get her way saying that she doesn't have to let the foster kids use her phone - to which my argument is, I MAKE THE CALL, it is a received phone call to her phone , it costs her NOTHING and her phone even has call waiting , so no calls are even ever missed , as my daughter has always answered the beep & took or relayed the messages. And the phone calls are at 8:30pm-9pm( she moved the time to this time of day) on mon. & thurs. ( 30 minutes - 2x's a week ........ REALLY )

Well, hopefully you have called the court by now and have, at least, found out that it has a signed copy of the same order that you do.
