16 yr son needs help My name is joseph cummins. my 16 yr old son was sentenced as an adult for armed robbery. he was given 44.4 months. the judge gave him y.o. status and recomended a boot camp type of program.i just heard from the prison and they said they wont put him a boot camp because of his history. he has had in juvenial court 1battery charge and 1 burg of conveyance. he has other charges pending but has not been convicted. can this happen. and how do i appel thank you a worried sick dad |
